Key Responsibilities
• Develop machine learning algorithms for recommendation systems, content understanding, and personalization.
• Work on user-context-aware ML models to improve engagement and experience.
• Research, prototype, and optimize scalable ML solutions, ensuring high performance.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate models into production environments.
• Deploy and monitor ML pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams.
• Experiment with feature engineering, metadata extraction, and model tuning to enhance accuracy.
• Analyze existing ML approaches in similar products and assess their strengths and limitations.
Job Description
● Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
● Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
● Design, develop and execute automation scripts using testing tools.
● Identify, record, document, and track bugs using respective tools.
● Perform regression testing when bugs are resolved
● Work closely with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
● Monitor debugging process results
● Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defects.
● Be familiar with testing tools and methodologies
Key Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
Market Research & Competitive Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive research on industry trends, emerging
markets, and competitive landscapes to inform business decisions.
Data Analytics & Insights: Analyze quantitative and qualitative data, extract meaningful insights, and create
structured reports.
Presentation & Storytelling: Develop compelling reports, whitepapers, and presentations for internal and
external stakeholders.
Marketing & Business Strategy Support: Assist in go-to-market planning, brand positioning, and strategic
marketing initiatives.
Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in market research, consulting, analytics, or marketing strategy (internship
experience in a research analyst role is preferred).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong research and analytical capabilities
Excellent PowerPoint and data visualization skills, Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools
Interest in FinTech, BFSI, and global markets is a plus
